Herbiznet.com is a multi-vendor, business promotion & collaboration e-commerce platform exclusively for women entrepreneurs to sell their handmade/hand-crafted products. Please read through this document to understand our policies while using this website.
Also please note that these policies are in addition (“User Policy”) to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy found on the website. By using this website in any of the allowed “User types” capacity, you agree to all the policies mentioned here.
We reserve the right to update these policies from time to time, so always refer to this page frequently.
Seller Policy
- Seller must be a woman doing a fulltime business or a side gig/hustle and have handmade / hand-crafted products to promote.
- Sellers can sell any product that fits in the allowed categories on the website.
- If you product does not fit in any of the published categories, please contact us at contact@herbiznet.com.
- You allow Herbiznet upto 24 hours to approve your seller account.
- Herbiznet LLC reserves the right to deny / remove any seller whose products are not aligned with the allowed categories and/or are not appropriate for the customers of this website.
- Make sure your product listing is accurate and detailed. Product description section should be used to describe as much details (like who, where, how it is made, how to use it, any limitations/warning etc. and its variations etc.) about the product as possible.
- It is your responsibility to ship the products on timely manner and communicate the shipping details with the customer. The shipping integration may be provided in future enhancements to the website.
- If customer is not satisfied with the purchase, it is your responsibility to arrange for the return / exchange / refund outside of this platform. This functionality may be made available in the future.
- You will reply to customers’ messages on timely manner and resolve any disputes with them directly on your own.
- You will respect other sellers on the site the same way you would want to be treated.
- You allow Herbiznet LLC to pay you 80% of your listing price for the products sold. Next 10% will be donated to charities and last 10% will be used towards the services provided by Herbiznet LLC like payment processing, advertising, marketing, platform / infrastructure upgrades etc.
- If you registered your seller account with a referral code, 10% donation share will go towards the organization that referred you. The use of the referral code is at individual seller’s discretion but highly recommended.
- Herbiznet reserves the right to make the seller payment on 15th of each month for the sale done in the previous month. (E.g Feb 15th seller payment will include the orders placed in the month of January).

Customer Policy

- Products purchased from this website will be fulfilled directly from sellers outside of this platform.
- If you need any further information about any particular product or have any dispute about your orders, you will contact the respective seller directly and work out the solution outside of this platform.

Referring Organization Policy
- Herbiznet’s referring organization registration is only allowed for “not-for-profit” organizations.
- You agree to send a copy of your “Article of incorporation” to contact@herbiznet.com in order to activate your referring organization account and start receiving donations.
- You allow Herbiznet upto 24 hours to approve your referring organization account.
- When you register your “not-for-profit” organization, you will be given a referral code which you can send to your members who have women-owned businesses.
- If any of your members, register on this website as a seller using your referral code, 10% of their total sale amount will be donated towards your charitable goal.
- The use of your referral code by the sellers is at their full discretion.
- You will not be allowed to sell any products on this website under your referring organization account, but you can purchase any products offered by other sellers.
- Herbiznet reserves the right to make the donation payment on annual basis on every Jan 15th for referrals from Jan 1st – Dec 31st of the previous year. (E.g Jan 15th 2022 payment will include referrals from Jan 1st – Dec 31st 2021).
